The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain what data we collect through the website, why we collect and what we do with it. This information is very important.

 

Our company, MULTICO S.R.L., with its headquarters in Arad, Bicaz Street, no. 1-5, Arad county, having a unique registration number RO 1678142 and being registered at the Trade Register Office of the Arad Tribunal under no. J02 / 1246/1991 as author, owner and administrator of the www.multico.ro website and as an "operator" within the meaning of the rules established by national law and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation No. 679 developed by the European Parliament and by the Council of the European Union on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC) (RGPD, English GDPR) entered into force on May 25, 2018, respects the privacy of individuals accessing the website and ensures the correct protection of Personal Data Processing (DCP) for visitors and users..

Although you can access the content of the website without providing any personal information except cookies and IP (in this regard, please consult the Cookie Policyfor further details), which could fall into the category of personal data (visitor), if you fill out online personal information, our company may then use it for the purpose stated in this document.

 

Your personal data will be processed solely on the basis of the express and unambiguous consent for such processing. Therefore, making available the data/information requested through the www.multico.ro website is considered to be your express consent to personal data being used by MULTICO S.R.L. for the purposes stated below.

 

We expressly caution visitors and users that all personal data processings refer exclusively to people who have reached the age of 16. Usage of the site by children under the age of 16 is forbidden. However, if such a situation occurs, resulting in the processing of personal data of children under the age of 16, we will cease processing these data as soon as we know of such fact. Law no. 31/1990 on companies, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented;

Law no. 287/2009 of 17 July 2009 on the Civil Code, republished, as subsequently amended and supplemented;

Law no. 134/2010 on the new Civil Procedure Code, republished;

Law no. 677/2001, as subsequently amended and supplemented, as well as subsequent regulations (Decisions of ANSPDCP).

 

In the case of site visitors, MULTICO S.R.L. does not know information about them, except for their IP address and cookies (for more details, please refer to the cookie privacy policy), but monitors the number of visitors and sections of the site that are visited for statistical purposes.

MULTICO S.R.L. pursues the legitimate interest of easy communication with its clients, attracting new customers, and monitors the use of the site by visitors, for carrying out the current economic activity.

 

The personal data you have entered on this website are also seen by other legal entities, our associated or empowered operators..

 

Categories of authorized operators:

  • IT developers and developers who handle maintenance, application modification, updates, actions taken by the selected provider to ensure website`s maintenance.
  • IT specialists in charge of infrastructure`s security, action executed through the selected provider for this purpose.
  • Security specialists dealing with auditing of the used security tools, executed only by demand and preventing the occurences of cyber vulnerabilities, action executed by the selected provider for this purpose.
  • Marketing services consultants and contracted media agencies.

 

The personal data you have provided us is physically stored on the e-mail address (Outlook) of the employee who provided you the responses from the respective associated operator, to a single address of the service provider, and on a general level on a web server located within the EU territory, under the management of the web hosting service provider and with granted access to associated operators and meeting the highest security standards accepted at the current level of the IT industry.

 

Within these server transfer processes, your data may be strictly transferred for the purposes listed and under the terms of the company's privacy policy.

 

The period in which we keep users' data on the site is determined by the following criteria:

  • If the offer is requested, the data will be kept for a necessary period of time with respect to the completion of the relationship between the bidder and the client ;
  • In the case of customers who have completed the bidding period by signing of a contract - for a period equal to the contractual duration, plus the period necessary to comply with the legal provisions concerning the archiving and the protection of the society`s interests;
  • For other users who do not meet the criteria in paragraphs 1 and 2 above, the data will be processed by the company without a time limit, with the possibility of withdrawing your consent at any time, which will in addition be returned at your sight at a frequency of no more than 5 (five) years;
  • In the case of cccasional visitors, personal data is not collected or stored, except cookies and IP addresses, to which the Cookie Policy will be considered.

 

MULTICO S.R.L. will not disclose your personal data for use by third parties other than those mentioned. Personal data collected may be used only partially (e.g., email - only name and surname, addressing formula Mr/Mrs, and e-mail address).

 

The users of www.multico.ro have the possibility to exercise the following rights in relation to MULTICO S.R.L .:

 

Right of access to personal data
means the right to access the data in the completed form.

The right to data rectification

If personal data is not entered by you, as a concerned person, you are entitled to request any available information regarding their origin and this will be provided to you as far as it is available and only if the author of the entered data can be identified. To do this, you will need to provide us with information that demonstrates that the data is not provided by your direct action.

You can ask separately whether they are processed or not, and if so, you can request access to them as well as certain information about them. At your request, you will also be able to receive a copy of the completed form.

You must be aware that any rectification will be made within a period of at least one month, but, under special circumstances, we may extend this term up to two months, in which case we will inform you regarding the extension.

 

Also, if we do not respond to your request for rectification or we will not respond to you, and also if we do not reach an agreement on the rectification deadline, you have the right to submit a complaint to the National Authority for Supervising Personal Data Processing and a Court Appeal.

 

The right to delete data or "The right to be forgotten"

it is your right to obtain from our company the deletion of personal data on the site without unjustified delay and we, as operators, have an obligation to respond to the request if there is one reason:

  • The data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
  • You withdraw the consent on the basis of which processing takes place.
  • When you oppose the processing of your data;
  • When there are uncertainties about the legality of the processing of personal data;
  • If it intervenes a legal obligation which we will respect as an operator;
  • If personal data belong to children under the age of 16, and parents or persons exercising parental rights withdraw their consent.

 

In our turn, depending on the available technology and the cost of the implementation, we will take reasonable measures, including technical measures, to inform all processors who have had access to personal data that you have requested to delete, including children or links that make reference to the respective data.

 

The situations in which we DO NOT have the obligation to respond to your request to delete your personal information are:

  • exercising of the right to free speech and informing;
  • compliance with a legal obligation;
  • reasons of public interest, in the field of public health;
  • purposes of archiving in the public interest, scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes;
  • Finding, exercising or defending a right in court

 

The right to restrict access to personal data

means one of the following situations:

  • Correcting incorrect or inaccurate data, you may request that access to be restricted during the period of data verification and rectification;
  • If you find that processing is illegal, but you do not want to delete your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of their use;
  • If our company no longer needs your personal data or the storage deadline is met, but you want us to keep it for the use in a court action;
  • If you are opposed to processing, you may still request that access to your personal data be restricted as long as we verify that our legitimate rights as an operator prevail over your right to oppose processing. Also, if there is a situation of ending the restriction on processing, we will inform you in due time.

 

The right to withdraw your consent

Withdrawal of agreement / consent to the processing of your personal data has the effect of terminating communications and processing, as well as collaboration. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing under consent prior to its withdrawal.

 

Right to data portability

is the possibility that you have to receive the data provided in the format we currently use, but which can be read automatically. You can also ask us to transmit this data – to carry – automatically to another operator (legal entity), as you will indicate.

 

The right to oppose processing

applies only to the specific situations or cases you are in; it is your right to ask us not to process your data for the purpose of creating profiles. An exception to this rule is the fact that there are legitimate reasons that prevail over your right to oppose, such as: observation, exercising or defending a right in court, of yourself or another user.

 

All of the above rights are exercised by submitting a written request dated and signed at MULTICO S.R.L. headquarters from Arad, Bicaz Street, no. 1-5, Arad County or to the e-mail address: dataprotection@multico.rowith the "GDPR Request" reference, with the exception of the right to address you to the National Authority for Supervising Personal Data Processing and Justice (through a one-way exercise court appeal), which shall be exercised by written request submitted to the competent authority.

 

Requests filed for more than 60 days are free of charge.

Requests filed within 30 to 59 days of the previous request are subject to a reasonable charge of processing costs, in relation to the time allocated by the DPO to resolve the request.

 

Requests made at intervals of less than 30 days may be rejected if they are invalid or abusive, in particular because of their repetitive character.

Overall, if we have any doubt regarding the identity of the applicant, we may request additional information to confirm the identity.
